When you "test-drive" our system,
you will be able to enter your information into our secure online
interview. You can pause at any time, save your "answers", and
log-in later to continue. As you complete the interview, your
documents are being drafted and you can view them on-screen.
You will also be able to download our "Estate Plan Organizer".
You may call or email our office if you need technical
support to complete your interview. When you feel you are satisfied
with your answers, you will submit them to our law firm and pay for
your Estate Plan with a check or credit card through our secure
PayPal checkout.
Why do we charge you a small
fee to "test-drive" our system? Well, if you are serious about
estate planning, we know you will like our system, and we are happy
to provide technical support. However, we cannot be providing
support to those who are not serious enough to
pay a small fee to get started.
Please be advised that your purchase of the
"test drive" does not constitute a legal engagement and does
not yet entitle you to legal services or legal advice. We will
be happy to provide technical, non-legal support to help you
complete the interview. You will have up to 30 days to
complete the interview. After completing the interview, if you
then purchase the Estate Plan, then you will become a client of your
law firm and you will begin to receive legal services from the
Attorney. Legal services are presently limited to the
State of Hawaii.
After you submit your answers and purchase your Estate
Plan, by the next business day, our office will
contact you to make an appointment for a telephone conference for
you to discuss your Estate Plan with an experienced Estate Planning
Attorney. The telephone conference with the Attorney may be set at your
convenience during normal business hours (some evening and weekend
times are also available).
Then, if changes are needed to your "answers",
you may log-in, revise, and re-submit them. When you and the
Attorney agree that the documents are ready, we will set a date and
time for you to come into our office to meet the Attorney and sign
your documents. At that time, you will receive your Estate
Planning binder with your originals and a copy of your Estate Plan.
We will also keep a copy in our office. If you have requested
us to prepare any deeds to transfer your real estate to your Living
Trust, we will process them for recording with the Hawaii Bureau of
Conveyances, or, for mainland property, with the appropriate County
Recorder. |
